Do You Have Healthy Relationships?
When you look back at old relationships, how do you feel?
Like you've moved on
Hurt and angry
That you learned a lot, even if things didn't end well
When you do something nice for someone, you:
Are expecting them to return the favor eventually
Don't expect anything in return
Are expecting to get a nice thanks in return
Are you a forgiving person?
You don't forgive easily
You can forgive small things
You are quite forgiving, actually
When you're mad at someone:
A little part of you still likes them
All you can think about is how much you dislike them
You still remember what you like about them
How often do you forget birthdays, show up late when meeting your close friends, or fail to return personal calls?
Occasionally this happens
More often than you'd like
Never!
How often do you get snappy or grumpy when you're having a bad day?
Only if you're having an especially bad day
You try not to take your bad day out on anyone else
Every time
You Have Very Healthy Relationships
You are an amazing friend, partner, and family member.
You always take other people's feelings into account, and you're never selfish.
Your relationships are based on mutual respect.
You respect the people you love, and you only love people who respect you in return.
My Comments
I'd love to say I'm not selfish, but I'd be lying.

Imagine you've hurt someone's feelings, but you still feel like you weren't in the wrong. How do you react?
You apologize for hurting their feelings but not what you did.
You apologize completely.
You don't apologize. You have nothing to apologize for.

I do have healthy relationships, but I learned a lot from the unhealthy ones I had. So no more. When relationships aren't healthy, that's it, it is time to bail out. Obviously my marriage relationship is good, but there are a lot of other relationships than that one. There have been unhealthy friendships and other things. I used to try to keep them but realised that it wasn't do me any good.
